  Dr. Pelzer is fantastic as a person and a physician for our son, wonderful bedside manner and very professional. His assistant is always very compassionate and informative, just as he. We have been going there from son's age 6 months to 15 months and look forward to the care we will receive in the future. Never have to wait long in the waiting room to get into our appointments. Easy check in online in the days before the appointment means just telling the receptionist you've arrived once you get there--seriously convenient with toddler in tow! My husband and I are so thankful for the recommendation to see this pediatrician upon moving to town. I am confident he will make you and your child/children feel at ease and be able to address any health concerns with knowledge and compassion.

  I don't know who Paula dealt with but Dr. Jessica Greenley has been amazing (as has Dr. Adam Secory-- that checked out our baby in the hospital). We moved up our baby's 4 month appointment almost a full week because he was sick and I wanted to have his ears checked out. They moved the appointment so we didn't have to come in twice, no problem! When I had an issue with getting in at Iowa Clinic Radiology (for a hip ultrasound for a c-section baby), they got me in at Blank. The ladies in the reception area have been nothing but pleasant and helpful. I don't think I've waited more than 15 minutes to see a doctor, and that's because I showed up early for the appointment. I don't know any medical doctors that believe in naturopathy... especially since the literal definition of naturopathy is "ideology and methods based on vitalism and self-healing, rather than evidence-based medicine." Would seem counter-intuitive to attending medical school... Although a D.O. like Dr. Greenley and Dr. Secory, may be more inclined to look at exterior factors and lifestyle to help diagnose and/or treat their patients. I absolutely love Iowa Clinic Pediatrics.
